Spinach & RicottaSpread pesto evenly over base. In a bowl combine Ricotta cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, beaten egg, spinach, oregano, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over base. Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until tender. Spread over spinach layer. Cover with Mozzarella and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Arrange peppers in a pinwheel pattern on top. Place your pizza on a pre-heated oven tray in an oven. |
