Chorizo Sausage

with pineapple

Saute onions, tomatoes, garlic, red and green peppers in olive oil. Add 2 tbsp of pineapple juice and spoon over base.

Place Chorizo sausage, lime, feta, olives and pineapple chunks coated in cayenne pepper evenly over base.

Cover with Mozzarella cheese.

Place your pizza on a pre-heated oven tray in an oven set to 180C and cook for between 10 – 15 minutes.

1 Romano’s pizza crust
¼ cup onions, sliced
¼ cup tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp garlic, crushed
Red and green peppers, sliced
Canned pineapple chunks (drain into bowl, but keep pineapple juice)
Cayenne pepper
1 lime, thinly sliced
¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Olives
1 Chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
Mozzarella cheese, grated
